Our industry leading crash protectors are now available for the Honda CBR500R ('13-15) , utilsing specially designed blocks and brackets installing into existing engine mounts, they offer essential protection to the bike frame, engine and radiator keeping them raised up and away from the tarmac in the event of a crash or drop.
This kit requires NO fairing modification to install.
Easy to install they utilise our own specially engineer brackets mounting directly onto frame and engine mounts and replacing existing engine bolts with our own specially formulated bolts, stainless steel brackets and spacers.
R&G Aero Bobbins are a stylish, aerodynamic, teardrop shaped bobbin improving on the original good looks of our highly successful and popular standard round bobbins. Fitted with a removable end cap which hides the bobbins fittings, this sleek new design looks superb and is a winner on road and track!

Engine Case Cover Kit for Honda CBR 500 R from 2013-2018.
These exciting new Engine Case Covers have been developed in collaboration with selected race teams and crash tested within the R&G Racing Suzuki GSX-R Trophy. Crafted from 4mm polypropylene for strength, durability and good looks, they complement our crash protectors perfectly.
The covers simply bolt on over the original engine casing so no messing with glue or removing anything. Slimline for maximum ground clearance, ultra lightweight, matt finish and protecting one of the most vulnerable parts of the machine, these could save you money in the event of an accident ... Ever seen the prices of a new engine casing or the cost of removing debris from your engine?Advantage over carbon protectors:
Product is screwed and not glued, which ensures a quick and easy installation and quick replacement.

Are they cotton reels or spindle sliders? Well they are both really!!
The Cotton Reel is mounted to a special, black-anodised stainless steel bracket (included with the kit). The product will give protection to the swingarm area in most crashes. Also the bike can be lifted on the Cotton Reels, using a paddock stand with hooks. These cotton reels specifically designed to fit the Honda CB / CBR 500 models (2013-2018) also have the ability to be fitted with a toe guard thanks to a mounts already present on the cotton reel bracket.delivery: left & right side
