If your motorcycle is equipped as standard with a servo-controlled exhaust flap, it comes when changing the exhaust system to an error message on the display when the servo motor is removed. The ESE is installed in place of the servo motor, thus the servo motor can be easily removed from the vehicle without an error message appears, or the vehicle in the emergency program is running.

The ESE works with all exhaust systems (including the original exhaust system)

Installation: simple Only for Racing

The ECU calculates the value measured by the O2 sensor and, if required, dynamically adjusts the air-fuel ratio for two main reasons: to keep emissions as low as possible and to keep fuel consumption as low as possible. However, keeping emissions down usually means the bike is running lean, mostly in the lower RPM range, resulting in choppy power delivery, lagging throttle response and a jerky feel. Whether you just simply want to disconnect a faulty O2 sensor, or opt for a dyno tune, the O2 sensor is in your way. However, disconnecting the O2 sensor from the bike’s main wiring harness will instantly result in the FI light coming on. The OS Eliminator will eliminate the FI light as soon as you plug it into the O2 sensors connector. As the OSE is delivered with bike-specific plugs, no splicing or and other modification to the bike’s original wiring is required. A 100% plug n’ go solution! (Off-road / race use only!)Only for Racing

The exhaust emission control system consists of a secondary air supply system which introduces filtered air into the exhaust gases in the exhaust port. Fresh air is drawn into the exhaust port whenever there is a negative pressure pulse in the exhaust system. This charge of fresh air promotes burning of the unburned exhaust gases and changes a considerable amount of hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide into relatively harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor. The PAIR system is controlled by the ECM using check valves and a solenoid.Removal of the PAIR system will yield three main benefits: 1) weight reduction 2) reduction of engine compartment clutter 3) increase in the scavenging ability of the exhaust system.ONLY FOR RACING
