These swingarm protectors fit into the the rear spindle and expand to a snug fit protecting the swingarm. Held in place thanks to there expanding design means installation is a breeze taking only minutes. They help keep those core components found on and around the swingarm area such as the rear brake caliper, disc, Rear sprocket and swingarm lifted up off the ground, out of harms way in the event of a crash, drop or slide.

Are they cotton reels or swingarm protectors? Well they are both really!!
The cotton reel is mounted to a special adjustable bracket (included with the kit) which brings the cotton reel away from the exhaust/can area. Due to the position that the cotton reel becomes set in with the bracket, these protectors give protection to the swingarm area and therefore this product has a double aspect as the bike can still be lifted with a paddock stand on the cotton reel. This product allows for a more secure mounting and lifting point for the paddock stand.
- This swingarm protectors with integrated stand mount which you can see in the pictures are to buy separately)The protectors are supplied and fitted together, with a special black-anodized aluminum bracket. This bracket is used, the forces occurring in a fall and reduce divert forces from the wing to the rear.
Conveniently, on the aluminum plate, a mark is attached, after you can perfectly adjust your chain.
Since the guards are bolted to the bracket, you can easily exchange after a fall.delivery: left & right side
